COLUMBIA, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors Broker Stephen Meadows, CRS GRI ABR has transferred from the company's Columbia Tennessee branch office to its REO Division.
"I am committed to exceeding the expectations of my clients every chance I get," said Meadows. "My transition to the REO division will allow me to offer a more complete array of services, not only to my corporate clients with bank-owned properties, but also to buyers and sellers of traditional real estate."
Crye-Leike's REO division will soon be relocating to new office space in Nashville's Midtown from its current location along Maryland Way in Brentwood.
In October the company purchased a 6900 square foot office building near Music Row at 1819 Broadway in Midtown Nashville. The office will be home to Crye-Leike's first residential sales office in Nashville's core urban business district in the company's 30-year history.
