MORRISTOWN, TN., - The Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce officially welcomed Crye-Leike Ron Mann Real Estate to the community with a formal Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held Wednesday, March 11, 2009.  The franchise is Crye-Leike's newest, located at 4010 W. Andrew Johnson Highway in Morristown, Tennessee.

ROSWELL, GA., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce the official opening of its new Roswell/Crabapple branch office in Roswell, Georgia.  The sales center represents the newest addition to the company's Greater Atlanta Region of offices, located at 282 Rucker Road in Roswell.

 

This newest Crye-Leike branch office is under the leadership of Managing Broker Lauren Holmes.  She has been leading a sales team in Alpharetta for the company since 2006 and has re-located with 16 agents and staff from leased offices on Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta to the new permanent location on Rucker Road in Roswell.

NASHVILLE, TN.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS welcomed Nashville Mayor Karl Dean to the formal Grand Opening Celebration of its new Midtown branch office in Nashville. Mayor Dean addressed those in attendance and helped Crye-Leike's Cofounders Harold Crye and Dick Leike cut the ceremonial red ribbon from the 2nd floor balcony under the vertical Crye-Leike, REALTORS sign which overlooks Broadway and 19th street.

 

Company leaders were thrilled to have Nashville Mayor Karl Dean in attendance to help Crye-Leike celebrate its continued investment and growth in the Nashville real estate market. The event, open to the public, was held at its newly renovated sales office at 1819 Broadway in Nashville on Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

NASHVILLE, TN.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS is announcing the formal Grand Opening Celebration for its new Midtown branch office in Nashville.  The event, open to the public, will be held at its newly renovated sales office at 1819 Broadway in Nashville on Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

 

The company purchased the two-story building in October 2007. Crossroads Architecture was hired to transform both the interior and exterior space into a striking, functional and client friendly Real Estate sales office.  The crown jewel of the project is a striking exterior sign that projects the familiar bright red Crye-Leike, REALTORS logo vertically above the intersection of Broadway & 19th Avenue in the center of a bustling Nashville Midtown.

Crye-Leike Realtors CEO Harold Crye has not kept quiet about his intentions to become Northwest Arkansas's largest residential real estate firm.

 

And judging by the number of new offices and staff, Crye is well on his way.

 

But to become No. 1 in the market, Crye-Leike will have to knock off market giant Lindsey & Associates.

 

Crye-Leike hasn't yet been able to duplicate Lindsey's sales numbers but has encroached on another aspect of Lindsey's real estate business - its title company. Lindsey and Crye-Leike own title agencies that are both, coincidently, named Realty Title.

 

The distinction between the two names comes after the ampersand. Lindsey's company is Realty Title & Closing Services while Crye-Leike's company goes by Realty Title & Escrow Services.
