Crye-Leike Moves Up To #4 In The Nation
NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- RIS Media recently released its 2007 Power Broker Report naming Crye-Leike Realtors the 4th largest real estate company in the nation. That's a two-point jump from the year before.
The annual Top 500 report ranks brokerage firms across the nation according to closed sales, volume and closed transaction sides. Last year Crye-Leike had its best year ever in the company's 30-year history, with record sales of 6.1 billion dollars up 9% form the year before. Crye-Leike agents closed 35,498 transaction sides.

Crye-Leike Moves Up From No. 10 to No. 6 Ranking in Nation Among Top 500 Real Estate Brokers
MEMPHIS, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announced that it has attained the No. 6 national ranking among the nation's largest and most successful residential brokerage firms, a new accomplishment for the 29-year-old organization.
In a research report prepared by REAL Trends, Inc., the leading provider of information and analysis for the residential real estate industry, (www.realtrends.com), Crye-Leike is up four notches from its No. 10 ranking in 2005. This ranking was based on Crye-Leike achieving 34,039 closed transaction sides among 65 branch offices in 2005. Crye-Leike ranked No. 24 in closed sales volume at $5.6 billion in REAL Trends' separate ranking by sales volume.
