Crye-Leike Associates Obtain Relocation Designation
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Hot Springs sales associates Bobby Harter, Charlene O'Neal and Nancy Rains have earned the Certified Relocation Associate (CRA) designation from the National Association of Realtors.
The CRA designation is presented to individuals who have met a number of important educational requirements for relocation services. The training for this designation incorporated nine hours of instruction focusing on all areas of relocation services, including topics such as working as a relocation associate, competing for corporate listings, and working with relocating buyers and renters. Recertification is required every three years to keep up with the ever-changing needs of transferees.
Hot Springs resident Bobby Harter serves the needs of buyers and sellers in the counties of Garland, Montgomery and Hot Springs, specializing in residential, condominium, lake front, relocation and new home construction real estate services. He holds membership in the National Association of Realtors.
Charlene O'Neal serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Garland, Hot Springs and Montgomery. With five years of real estate experience, she specializes in all areas of real estate services and holds membership in the National and Arkansas Associations of Realtors, as well as the Hot Springs Board of Realtors. O'Neal has been active in her community, serving as chairperson for the United Way Campaign for three years.
Nancy Rains serves the needs of buyers and sellers in Garland County, specializing in residential real estate services. With over ten years of real estate experience, Rains is a member of the National and Arkansas Associations of Realtors, as well as the Hot Springs Board of Realtors. In addition to the CRA designation, she holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and is active within her community, serving on the Food for Kids committee and participating in Relay for Life.
