BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the newest Realty Title & Escrow Office in Spring Hill Tennessee.

 

"I'm thrilled to be opening our 14th Middle-Tennessee Branch in Spring Hill," said Shawna Hulse, President of Realty Title.  "One of many benefits of using Realty Title to close your purchase or refinance is that we have more convenient branch locations than our competition.  So if you're a Lender or Realtor in Spring Hill but your customer works in Nashville, not only can Realty Title handle the closing, we can do it in a convenient, professional office setting."

PULASKI, Tenn.?Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 4th largest real estate company and the largest in the mid-south, announces the grand opening of the Crye?Leike Wilson Bass & Jones franchise office in Pulaski, Tenn.  Real estate veterans LeAnne Jones and Neal Bass, who also serves at the company's managing broker, own the independent company.

"We feel Crye-Leike has become the most recognized name in real estate, not only in our area, but the entire mid-south," stated Bass.  "The training available to create top-notch, professional agents is unparalleled and we are very excited to be a part of this growing company," added Jones.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.?Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 4th largest real estate company and the largest in the mid-south, held a groundbreaking ceremony on June 27 for a new 19,000 square foot building located at the corner of Remington and Stearns streets.  The building is expected to be completed by year-end.

In attendance at the event was Crye-Leike co-founder and CEO Harold Crye, Fayetteville branch managing broker Dale McCauley, members of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, and various Crye-Leike sales associates and staff.

Dale McCauley, a 30-year real estate veteran, has been selected to oversee the Fayetteville operation.  McCauley holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) professional designations and she is licensed to teach real estate classes.  She and her husband Kelly have two adult children.  In her leisure time, McCauley enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's fourth largest real estate company and the largest in the mid-south, is expanding throughout southeastern Tennessee.

From 10 a.m.-noon on Thursday, June 28, the public is invited to join in as Crye-Leike celebrates the expansion of its Cleveland, Tenn. office located at 4627 N. Lee Hwy.

Managing the expanded Cleveland operation is broker Jo L. Organ, a 30-year real estate industry veteran who specializes in residential sales and residential land development marketing throughout Cleveland and Bradley Counties.  Organ has been awarded the Cleveland Association of Realtors' Realtor of Year honor.  She served as president of the organization in 2006 and has been a trainer for the River Counties Association of Realtors.  She holds the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI); Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations.  Organ and the entire Cleveland staff may...

ROGERS, Ark.?Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 4th largest real estate company and the largest in the Mid-South, will hold a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12.  An open house reception will follow until 7 p.m.  The office is a located at 3003 W. Walnut St. in a 17,500 square foot shopping center that will also house additional businesses.

Tapped to oversee the new operation is managing broker Roger Wingert.  Wingert grew up in Rogers, Ark. and was exposed to the real estate business at an early age.  His father was also a managing broker and owned a real estate firm for several years.

After graduating from Rogers High School in 1977, Wingert earned a degree from the University of Arkansas.  He began his real estate career in 1999, initially serving as a senior vice president and associate broker for Lindsey and Associates.  He holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and serves on the board of director...
