SANDY SPRINGS, GA, - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that its new Sandy Springs Georgia branch office is now open for business. The office is located at 352 Sandy Springs Circle and officially opened its doors on February 1st, 2008.

CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS HOLD RIBBON CUTING CEREMONY TO CELEBRATE NEW GREMANTOWN BRANCH
MEMPHIS, TN., - Crye-Leike, Realtors has made it official with its Grand Opening Celebration and ribbon cutting at the company's newly relocated Germantown branch location at 3030 Forrest-Hill - Irene Road.
Company co-founder and CEO Harold Crye took part in the ribbon cutting ceremony alongside branch Sales Manager and Broker Sue Stinson-Turner and Steve Brown, Memphis Region Vice President and General Manager.

BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors announces the Grand Opening of its Canton Georgia Office, Monday September 24, 2007. The new office space represents the company's 5th sale branch location in the North Atlanta market
The Tennessee based realty company has negotiated a multi-year lease agreement to launch operations in approximately 51-hundred square feet of office space at 1351 Riverstone Parkway, Suite 100 in the City of Canton. Crye-Leike, Realtors sales associates have been active in the area, working out of a temporary location in the area since May 2007.

Crye-Leike To Open Bella Vista Office - NWA Morning News

Crye-Leike Realtors will construct a new office building in Bella Vista at the corner of U.S. 71 and Benton County Road 40.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but the Memphis-based real estate company said in March it would spend approximately $8 million in the next three years constructing four new offices in the two-county area.
Construction on the new site will begin in the next two months and should be completed by February 2008. Harrison-French and Associates of Bentonville will provide the architectural and engineering services for the project.
Crye-Leike, the nation's fourth largest real estate company, came to Northwest Arkansas earlier this year with plans to hire 150 agents in 2007 and increase to 400 in the next three to four years.

BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors has recently acquired property in Bella Vista Arkansas (near Bentonville) with plans to construct and open a new retail operation there by February 2008. It is the latest commercial land purchase in Arkansas in recent months by the Brentwood Tennessee based real estate company.
The property is located on the corner of Highway 71 and Benton county 40. Harrison-French and Associates, LTD of Bentonville, Arkansas is providing architectural and engineering services for the new retail center. The company has provided services to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. for several hundreds of projects all over the U.S.
